Warranty
Comhq.com warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in material
and workmanship. If any Comhq.com cartridge is found to be defective,
Comhq.com will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the
full purchase price. Our
return policy is simple, Within 30 days of receipt of your order,
you may return
:
o. any unopened
items
o. any items in original conditions, with its original packing
and accessories
Return
Policy In the event that an item must be returned, please follow
these steps:
- First,
obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To obtain a RMA number, please call Customer Service or submit
an online RMA Request
Form. No returns of any kind will be accepted without a
RMA number. You will need the following information
to submit and receive a RMA number: -- Customer name --
Order number and purchase date -- Item description(s) and/or
number(s) -- Description of the problem To obtain a RMA number:

- Second,
send the item(s) being returned to Comhq.com,
Attn: Quality Dept., 12860 Beach Blvd. #G, Stanton, CA 90680.
In your shipment, please note your RMA number,
copy of RMA Request Form, include
a copy of the Invoice
and any test sheet if possible.
- Return
shipping costs on warranty replacement items and
errors on our behalf will be the responsibility of Comhq.com(Up
to USD$8.00) otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer. In the case of a refund, the refund will be
credited
to the customer upon receipt, in good physical condition,
of 100% of the returned items.
Restocking
Charge
Products
returned for customer convenience, overstock, or customer order
errors, will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise that
is determined to not have been originally purchased from Comhq.com
or resalable condition will not be credited or returned to sender.
